The Rep 3-in-1 Plyo Box was designed with Cross Training and HIIT workouts in mind. Each box allows 3 different heights (useful for CrossFit workouts using the prescribed heights of 24 inches and 20 inches on the 2 larger boxes) Strong: Our boxes are built tough from 3/4" plywood with a unique, interlocking sidewall design! The two smaller boxes are designed to function without internal bracing. We provide internal bracing for the two larger sized boxes because they have extra surface area. Safe: Becase our boxes are rated to 400lbs, you can jump and step up with confidence. Plus, the edges are sanded down to prevent scrapes on missed jumps. Easy to Use: We offer each box pre-assembled, or as a kit that you can put together yourself. Unique interlocking joints and reinforced internal structure on the 2 larger boxes greatly increases the strength of the box and reduces the number of screws needed to assemble. The sections fit together like a basic puzzle and have pre-drilled holes to guide you through simple, drill-free assembly. Screws are included. It takes about 10-15 minutes to assemble with a power screwdriver, 25-30 minutes with just a regular philips head screwdriver. Versatile Perfect for all sorts of plyometric box and HIIT exercises.
