I'm really embarrassed, but I could not figure out how to get my iphone 12 pro to fit in the case. I'm new to smart phones. It was really tight and I tried to get it in from the top, and it would not go. My son is a tech expert and he put it in easy as pie, camera side first across to the other side. It still is tight, but that's a good thing.I told Amazon it did not fit, and they were really great and sent me a return code even though I had tossed the packaging. Trying to contact Otterbox was useless. There website just keeps sending you to Q&A stuff that does not have the answer you need. And when you finally can find an email to send to, they just refer you to Amazon, and wouldn't help. I just wanted them to tell me if there was a particular way to fit the phone in that I wasn't figuring out.I'm going to keep it now, as it seems really sturdy, and thankfully Amazon doesn't refund until they receive the package.Only one thing to complain about, and that is the pop-out thing doesn't really stay popped-out to hold the phone on edge. It does work for holding the phone, however. Otterboxes are expensive and there are other quality brands that do cost less.
