I honestly have no idea why there are so many complaints on here. I used to work for a large (Fruit Company) consumer electronics retail organization for four years and have applied hundreds (no exaggeration) of screen protectors of all brands/types for customers. I never used one myself because I preferred the native glass feel and optimal resolution from the iPhones' 326ppi retina display. Until I found this accessory. Hands-down, the ZAGG InvisibleShield Glass is the BEST you can get. Most traditional plastic protectors dull down the resolution and scratch very easily, making such a sleek device look cheapened.I recently caved, after replacing my iPhone under warranty, and decided to get a protector (due to me scratching the first display up from normal use) and I bought the standard ZAGG - Glass InvisibleShield (Item model number: IP6GLC-F00) due to its natural look, feel, and protection. I applied it properly and I must say, I'm very impressed! I think the reason why most people are so upset over its quality is predicated by their inability to put it on the proper way. And let's be honest folks, if you broke your screen with this on, believe me you would've broken without it. Don't blame this product for your carelessness; get a bulky OtterBox/Lifeproof if you're clumsy.Tips to applying: Patience and a CLEAN-CLEAN screen!1. Use a LIGHTLY damp towel to wipe the screen off first.2. Wipe off screen with dry towel after.3. Use the alcohol wipe that's included in the packaging and wipe the screen in order to remove any remaining oil residue from your skin; skin oil is bad for adhesive longevity.4. Use the included microfiber cloth and continuously wipe off any remaining alcohol residue, then continue to wipe until there is absolutely NO residue or dust particles, wipe in one direction if possible. (Do this in clear and bright lighting so you can see any and all dust).5. Do as directed and make sure you peel off the adhesive side of the protector first then IMMEDIATELY align and apply so no airborne dust particles stick under it.7. Make sure you're patient when applying and carefully align the top of the protector just under the speaker, and the bottom to the home button before you drop it on. It'll almost suck itself on the display and shouldn't have many air-bubbles, if any at all.6. Rub the remaining air-bubbles outwards until gone. Make sure you rub hard around all edges of the protector so that they're properly bonded to display.7. Wipe clean and you're done.I know my review is a thesis and sounds vaguely sarcastic - I just know how impatient most people are when doing this and if you follow the procedure, and take your time, I assure you it'll look fantastic and be the best screen protector you can get for your iPhone, without comprising quality. Plus, if you break it, it has a lifetime warranty and offers free replacements.Without any reservations, I recommend this product! 5 Stars.
