it's thin but it makes a perfect DIY litter mat lol i simply cut lengths of 36" and set them down at each feline WC, with plenty left over for other projects. easy enough to wash & sanitize as needed. this stuff was a steal compared to buying separate "specifically designed" litter mats. have you seen the prices they charge at pet stores for those things? insanity. and it works just as well at catching litter before it's tracked everywhere. as you may have noticed from the picture, i have similar reservations about spending $50+ on store bought top-entry litter boxes. i'm cheap but i'm consistent. too bad it's out of stock now, i'd probably buy another backup for a million other uses.
