I've purchased three different cases, for my iPhone X. Lifeproof is my favorite. Now that there's been two new versions of iPhone produced since I bought mine, that means the price is coming down on the first gen. This holster clip with a spring loaded clip on top really works well. I had a similar holder that was stiff. I dropped my phone twice trying to unhook the thing so bought another case made of leather. I Like that one too but the Lifeproof case offers superior protection. Yes I've been caught in the rain with no issues. I highly recommend Lifeproof products.
